I believe that Issho-no-haru does not have as frilly an edge as is shown in this picture and it tends to have sectors of darker purple, not pink or rose. The leaves on Issho-no-haru also tend to be narrower and more pointed, less curled than the picture. This looks more like a Huang hybrid to me.
