notice the curious strobe effect due to the fact that sodium light is not continuous,
so it freezes the raindrops in a sequence of flashes otherwise invisible to the human eye.

I did NOT know that about sodium vapor lights . .I will look for that the next time I see some in the rain (not two events that I encounter together often) VERY cool BTW
