The Jews' Cemetery, Magdalen Street, Exeter, Devon.

I have passed this tiny Cemetery so many times and heard bits about it so today I made the effort to stop and have a close look. Unfortunately it's gates are chained and locked, to prevent vandalism. Sad but true that so much of it takes place in graveyards and Churches. I had to be happy with shots taken from wherever I could get my lens! For more information:

A very interesting shot and a sad reflection of human cruelty. We have had that happen in numerous cemeteries here as well, and it causes such hurt to the bereaved relatives.

Love that background. You're right it's a sad indictment on the times we live in.

A sad statement on the behaviour of certain elements of the community. But a poignant, beautiful image.
