A simple installation!

By choosing the most practical and least expensive installation, we simply added two 90 amp. breakers at the top of the electrical panel https://pbase.com/image/160675849 for a total of 180 amps service to the welder.

The large commercial female plug outlet was anchored to an exterior wall just around the corner https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/160675845 where the 200 amp service panel is located---the short heavy gauge wire run https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/160675847 was routed through interior walls for a very clean installation. No need to go underground tearing up the lawn in the backyard with large conduit, etc.

After seeing the size of the exterior power source https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/160675852, my wife did freak out a bit, but she's now over it. The welder is now fully operational https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/160675850 and could be easily removed without leaving any traces only requiring the patching of 6 small anchor holes in the exterior plaster https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/160675852. A good thing... : )
