Submitted to the April "Ground I Walk On" Challenge.

The Claytonia virginica (Spring Beauties) are scattered
in mass throughout the woods at home. So delicate but
enough contrast to stand out. You have to look before
taking the next step to avoid stepping on them.

...also added today from the Zoo visit Saturday...
