My truck is "extra clean". I bought it used and this is the only part of the truck that does not look like brand new. I noticed the bumper had a problem before I bought it but the dealer said they could not do anything about it. The rust spots were painted over with some silver paint and one month after I purchased it, the rust popped through and now looks like this. The dealer made it very clear that the truck was for sale "As Is", so if I want the bumper to look as good as the rest of the truck, I'll have to replace it.
