After the 2002 Iditarod Norwegian musher Robert Sorlie went out for a drink with the other Norwegians. At The Bering Straits bar they were enjoying themselves when a beautiful young female named Velvet sashayed in. Sorlie correctly identified her as a Norwegian reindeer...most of Alaska's reindeer came from Norway 100 years ago. Velvet likes to drink Jagermeister. She gallumps around the bar sticking her nose into people's drinks and slurps down any Jagermeister she finds. Sorlie won the Iditarod in 2003.
