Midget sprint

Anybody know the gear restriction for these guys? Also, is that a cut-down Paramount on the left, or did Schwinn make a 24" track bike?

I think the midget gear restriction was 68". I know the intermediate class gear restriction was an 81" gear. Yes, Schwinn made a 24" track bike. Great photos. Jerry Ash, Leigh Barcsewski and Gibby Hatton were my heros.
