20050816 / 3rd & Division (1 4 RP)

Fort Ord, CA

Now's there's tears on the pillow
Darlin' where we slept
And you took my heart when you left
Without your sweet kiss
My soul is lost, my friend
Tell me how do I begin again?
My city's in ruins
My city's in ruins

Nice shot, I even managed to guess that it was Fort Ord! Like the various textures and tones within

The dampness is obvious in the mouldy timbers. Interesting crop, Chris.

Great array of textures and tones, very well composed. I particularly like the forms and lines in the pieces of wood. I see a pair of eyes in the bottom one second from right which seem to be looking riigh back at you :)

Why do we love the peeling, wet, coming apart of it all? because it's like life. It's real and most of all, it cries out to be seen. Good for you that you have those eyes

May I be the first to say 'yum'. Yes, could be an alternative cover to Nebraska.
