The fog parted a bit this afternoon on an uncharacteristically clear
July day in Monterey bringing out the strollers, shoppers and a guy
with a long lens.

Great highlights on head & hair.. not to mention the lighting the expressions. Also how the shirt match color wise.. Did you soft dodge this a bit or add a smidge of diffuse glow? Seems like a touch on the faces & Shirt.
