I took a spot beneath the arrival/departure monitors and shot people as
they approached to check their flights. This oddly nervous fellow was
the most interesting of the bunch.

Sitting below the arrival/departure screens...I like the idea! It's a seemingly perfect place to camp out and capture a variety of facial expressions. Perfect capture here. Great worry lines/wrinkles, the biting of the lower lip. Is he anxious about flying, or maybe thinking he might not make a connecting flight? At any rate, a great 'story telling' capture. I prefer the sepia toned version simply becase it seems to draw out more of the angst in his expression. And I like the contrast between this expression and the Senor Nuts tshirt...somewhat conflicting in this image.

Yeah, I'd be real nervous taking pictures of strangers at the airport. Try it in the security line. This guy looks about ready to burst.

Oh he IS! poor guy.. maybe his first time flying.. maybe he was going all alone and it was going to take a long time.. and he had just wanted the movie Fearless with Jeff Bridges and and and.. my GOD. I'm afraid to fly.. going to the UK in October will kill me, you know.. :P
