I always wanted to shoot moon rise. So I checked the date and time, realized that it was going rise at the same time sun to set on that day. But I was shocked about how beautiful it actually was. According to the newpaper the next day, the moon was closest to the earth in 15 years: "it was 221,560 miles away. At that distance, the moon should appear 14% bigger and 30% brighter."
