Dont know if I'm the only one that thinks this, but that construction on top of the old court is one of the worst examples of renovation I've ever seen. It does'nt look as if it should be there, but possibly more on the industrial mode.
And the colour, that is just disgusting.

There is often severe criticism, even mockery, regarding the choice of colours, materials, and details (such as glazing) for similar development made in Glasgow - perhaps they should consult with those on the Town Hall project seen here.
This fine historic building looks as if it still has a long life ahead of it, and even the thought of demolition at one point was clearly an insane one.
