To me it's a great demonstration of aircraft handling. I suppose there is a risk of the wing falling off and the aircraft loosing control and flying into the local nursery and killing all the children! I happen to know the pilot and his skills are not in question. He is a very experienced pilot and would have taken all precautions before setting down on that beach. I would also like to mention there is nothing illegal about his actions, and Clivey if your an armchair pilot keep your misinformed opinions to yourself as you clearly no bugger all about aircraft operations!

Well if you know the skill it takes to do that. I think that pilot was turning out early to clear the beach why all the negitive vibes on here

good pic by the way

I bet he was Blushing red and extremely glad to get away. Why else risk this crazy takeoff. he could have slammed into a boulder at the very least. Or perhaps crashed onto the cafe.

Mrs Clivey would not liked him iff he`d done that.
