The Jazz Festival Parade.

I dont know how they do it but they always get the good weather,
the weather's been horrible the last few days,
I had food bags ready to waterproof the camera but they weren't needed!

Must be twenty years now and not one bad weekend for the festival.
The big guy up there must be a jazzer. He's obviously not so fond of the bagpipes though. Usually pee's down for that one.
