Has a few other names; Island Fire, Fiery Sunsation, Red Ribbons, Chilterns.

A so called "ground cover" but more of a shrub rose as it reaches quite
a height by the end of the season. I have one growing as a "weeper"
as well as the ground cover, but it doesn't weep that well, stays more
like a pom pom on a stick.
Its the first thing you see as you drive
in our gateway & was a gift from our son.
