Cerise pink & creamy white...

French Lace

We had a light skit of rain (well a handful of raindrops) early this morning
the first time I've had to use the umbrella since September maybe!

On my walk around the rose garden this nice shot of French Lace presented itself
and a shot of a crimson clematis that is destined to share a trellis with a rose
called Veilchenblau (a favourite of Laine's)

Beautiful rose! I was so exited today when I saw the first leafs break on the Rosa multiflora I have on my street. Spring is around the corner! But it will take many months before I can enjoy the hybrid teas in my garden. wonderful buff colour and the raindrops look like diamonds!
