Had a muffin just so I could take a photo for the Challenge,
its not something I would normally eat, I find they're too big
and I can't eat the whole muffin... but I took the remainder home
with me and had it for afternoon tea. I had time to kill
while Dick had a cataract op this morning... hence a very early
drive through peak hour traffic - a shock to our system, we've
been retired 2 decades now! :)

PS... that's a double shot soy latte, out of doors in the morning sunshine.
