Treble clef coffee eclair

We were out to lunch yesterday, just a pub lunch. The chef made me a pasta dish
as there wasn't anything vegetarian listed on the menu, but I did spy a lovely
assortment of "afters" including this little eclair which I chose to accompany
my coffee at the end of the meal. It was delicious!

I love cream puffs and eclairs and this one is beautiful with the treble clef! I must make some soon! For some reason, I cannot find good ones here in Texas, but back in New Jersey we had many local bakeries that made delicious ones... so full of cream filling. It was always a special treat.
