pétale

An easy one for me you might think, but this is one of the first roses
to bloom from the 500+ I have growing, after a very long dry and hot summer
without rain and with strict watering restrictions. For the rosarians
amongst my pbase friends, this one is called "French Lace"

Good news - yesterday we had 44mm of RAIN - the end of the drought for 2010!

I've started a new rose gallery for the autumn roses with this little
Bourbon rose called Souvenir de St. Anne's.

Canon EOS 40D ,Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8
1/125s f/5.6 at 90.0mm iso400 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

You are the Rose Queen of Australia. In the UK most of the Lancashire towns have Rose Queens.
