Older and newer - March Challenge 2010

The "older" of these is pre 1930's, it has no date or copyright markings and
most of the contents is totally out of date, especially
South Africa, Europe, Asia Minor etc. Very interesting
book to wander through and compare with the "newer" version printed in 2001!

A good comparison of old and new. Has the world become a better place through all the changes? For some, yes; but for others, no. Perhaps it's mostly as it always was.

A great juxtaposition. The older book looks well used and is beautiful. Comparing them must give you a strong of history.
