Tonight I will go to bed and sleep soundly. A concern that's been eating at me for months has been lifted. Not only lifted but transformed into a delight. Today I saw to the printing of the 35 photos I've chosen to show in my "Active Elders" exhibit that opens at the Ellen Kayrod Gallery in Detroit on March 27. And I am absolutely delighted with how the prints turned out! What a relief. Now I can get back to my self portrait project, "Falling Into Place."

I'm quickly learning that being a serious photographer ain't for whimps...
