Paella ... mmmm. My daughter spent a year in Spain during high school, and when I visited her, she turned me on to paella. It's my favorite dish to make for guests, and it's great to do out on the barbecue. You should take a photo of your recipe and post that, as well. Yum, this photo makes me want to return to Valencia!
