Sadly, our water heater broke yesterday, so we had to get a new one. Fortunately, no leaks or floods involved.

I sympathize ... our water heater is now 17 years old and I'm told by everyone that we're overdue to have the bottom drop out of it. Glad that didn't happen to you ...

Glad to hear all went well. We're due for a new one too, and luckily ours is in the Garage.
