around & go in from the bottom next time to see the Falls &

to see what we would be getting to

It is a little over 1.5 Miles in from the top, & over 5 Miles to go in from the Bottom

I found out 5 years from a heart Attack I have Diabetes

I am not shots I Do take 2 1,000 mg tablet of metformin
