Me The waterfallman (Randy) Went my self on this one to day (5/09/09

The Creek as no name for it on the top Map. I calling it Hidden Valley Creek(5/09/09).
I bushwhack up from the bottom to the 3 rd Fall,it turn out to very hard to get to it from the bottom up.

I found out 5 years from a heart Attack I have Diabetes

I am not shots I Do take 2 1,000 mg tablet of metformin

a day, I think I do all right
