The Jones Gap Trail is blazed blue. About a mile or so up the trail there is now a fork with red blazes. I didn't notice anything about this on the info board, but I figured it was the new trail to Rainbow Falls. The trail soon crosses the river on a new foot bridge, then follows the right side up to Cox Camp Creek. I went a short distance up - just past another new bridge - then had a wuss moment and decided to save the climb for another day. I turned around and headed on up to Jones Gap Falls.
