Continue past Moonshiner's Cave and there are 2 ways to head up. The first set of stairs on the left head up among some cool rock formations. At the split, head to the right and up to the Grotto. This is looking back towards Lake Lure from the stairs in front of Grotto. Fall color came late this year as you can see from the amount of green at the beginning of November.
