I was back up to Harry's house in Lake Toxaway for the week end with no plan in mind of where we were going to go. Creek walking is out of the question for the year and the continued drought conditions weigh into the equation also. I remembered Jim Bob Tinsley mentioning a Turn Lathe Falls on Corbin Creek, but didn't have his book with me to check for any details. We had done some exploring on Corbin Creek and had found a couple of waterfalls, but decided to go back and explore some up creek. We thought we hit the creek at a point up from where we had been and quickly came across this small cascade.
