If you follow my ramblings, you may remember me saying Bernie turned me on to the Upper Whitewater River. He got some of his info from the americanwhitewater.org site. The kayakers have names for all of these falls and cascades, so these are the names I'm adopting for them. There are no official names.

Less than 1/4 mile up river from the last picture is this scene. The closer small ledge extends more to the left, but it was in the sun. Bernie had actually taken Harry and I to this area over a year ago. I named the waterfall around the corner Whitewater Ridge Falls.
