This is definitely the better of the two falls. Finally the access to lower has been fixed with a huge parking lot:(. The access to this falls is closed til a new route is made. The topography around the falls is steep so who knows when the upper falls will be accessible again. If you think about going again it is a deathly steep climb, right beside the 200/300" lower falls and it has eroded a lot since I went 2 or 3 years back. They probably won't make a set of steps up a limestone filled slope.
