This warning sign is posted at the parking area. Danger, Will Robinson!! Hopefully no one will do anything really stupid while the water is up. I wasn't sure what to expect at the creek crossing, but had counted on getting my feet wet. The water was up and swift, but didn't look too dangerous. I managed to stay on some rock which only put me shin deep or so. The rock wasn't particularly slippery either. I got to the area where you climb down to the top of the falls, but didn't even consider it when I saw the water flow. I didn't want to be the person that did something really stupid while the water is up. So I continued on to the goat trail to the base of the waterfall.
