Very near the parking for Yellow Branch Falls - across Hwy 28 - is a road going down to Stumphouse Tunnel. Turn into the picnic area and you'll be at the top of Issaqueena Falls. It's a very short walk to a small viewing platform for this view of the waterfall. The color should be really good here in about a week.
