The Parkway south was closed, but the barricade to the north was open. We pulled into the Devil's Courthouse parking lot and got out, but the wind was howling and the view of Devil's Courthouse was mostly obscured by blowing snow and low clouds. Time was getting short so we headed back to Hwy 215. I did pull off several times for some shots.
