These ladies waited for a long time, trying between buses and taxes, before they finally was able to get on a bus (most buses are fully packed).

What makes this a triple incongruity is the fact that all wear the same clothes and shoes, one carried a shockingly yellow plastic bag, and one hangs behind and partially crosses her legs while the others advance to the curb.
