View to the right of the previous photo. Baldy was just a tall hill. I was told it was called Baldy because it never had much snow, unlike the permanently snow-capped Frosty. Not long after I arrived at Cold Bay, I hiked with a friend to the top of Baldy. An overcast sky was typical, whereas clear and sunny days were rare.
