My colleague, Glenn Knoll died suddenly this weekend. He was a world leader in the field
of radiation detectors and instrumentation.
He was my predecessor as Coordinating Editor of Nuclear Instruments and Methods.
The photo was taken on the Amster, on the way to a farewell dinner for the founding editor of
of our journal, Nobel Laureate Kai Siebahn.
