Yellow-rumped Warbler

Oyster Bay Regional Park, San Leandro, CA

Yellow-rumped Warbler (Myrtle) posing in a Bottle-brush plant. Alien and Australian, it and another Aussie, the Eucalytpus, are a favorite hunting ground for insects in winter...when few other plants in California bloom.

Nice shot with the bottle brush. They always seem to be flowering here .... the bird is great too. Well done.
