My Dad just died on 2 Dec. 2000, and Thai funerals involve 7 days of prayer and more. But life (including photography) continued, of course! There was a holiday (King's birthday) that interrupted the usual 7-contiguous-day prayer routine, and so I took off and went to Tak and Ayutthaya. This image just happened to fit the funeral theme very well, so I made a print and gave it as a gift to my Dad's doctor who took good care of him.
