Feb 22: Trip

This is a special camera. Auto exposure, manual focus, good lens, hot-shoe, flash sync socket, and no batteries. I bought this one in a junk shop 22 years ago as a carry everywhere camera. I carried it everywhere and it made great pictures. Then I decided to give it a facelift. Black paint, a new set of leathers. Only trouble was, the paint took 2 years to dry. Actually I still think it's a bit soft. And I lost 3 screws and the shutter release button. Fortunately Paul over at www.tripman.co.uk came to the rescue and supplied replacements. Thanks Paul! The new 'leather' is from www.cameraleather.com and the wrist strap is one of Gordy's. Hope you like the 'worn-through-to-the-brass look. It was a bit 'newly sprayed' so I relic'd it. I love it.
