Feb 6: The great point & shoot adventure

This is the new kid on the block, my shiny new Olympus [mju:]-II. A genuine point & shoot with no zoom and just three buttons: the shutter release, flash mode and self-timer. DM with a point & shoot? Yes, and it's refreshingly simple! A true eBay bargain at £19, brand new. Also pictured is the remains of the first film cassette after I'd butchered it to to get the film out for developing. I can never get the ends off the cassettes, and theres's no way to leave the leader out on this! The first PotD from the [mju:] was yesterday. Not a bad little camera. See a few more from the first film here

Remember folks, insist on a genuine DM product, only buy from the official on-line store.

A traditional bottle opener (church key) works quite well on the cap removal. Glad to see your having fun back to basics :)
