May 25: Is that me?

After yesterday's rant on the lack of basic digital cameras, today I was messing around with the fixed 24mm lens, manual mode, trying out various metering techniques. Just to see what would happen. I liked this one, although I hardly recognise myself!

Yep the eyes are kind of "wacked" but the detail in the face is excellent!

See I think the eyes look exactly like you. The rest - not so much. Does this mean i think you usually have crazy eyes? no.. it means you have the CAPACITY to have them..

You're eyes look CRAZY! Add the shadows and so forth, and you've managed to come up with a very interesting, yet dark, look! :)

It would seem that you are about to smile yet your eyes convey a totally different emotion..self control?

Love the tone you used there. And yes, as a result of listening to your advise I find myself playing with all the different settings..some are worthy of laughter but thats about it. Yet some I am quite pleased with the results as you should very well be with this one.
