Boots by the fire

After a frustrating day on the phone to solicitors and estate agents, we nearly but not quite exchanged contracts on the sale of my house. A trip down the road for a curry was needed to cheer us up. Home again, I kicked of my boots in front of the fire to relax. Shame it's not cold enough yet to light it!
