The guys erecting a fence at my house split this water pipe today. My driveway was flooded in minutes, as was the store room of the shop next door. Eventually, someone was able to turn off the supply. After 40 days and 40 nights, the flood abated and we fitted this cap. The pipe only went to the garage, which was once used as a bedsit. Too bad if a future owner wants to convert it back!!
