Healthy Organic Bubur Cha Cha
I use the fresh organic Taiwanese pineapple, vegetarian gelatin, yoghourt, green lemon juice,
American yellow lemon, red and green grapes in place of South Asian ingredients,
just naturally sweet from grapes.

自製最健康的台版有機摩摩喳喳
五月底時所買的有機愛玉子,總算在"透早"動手做好了。
以前會做正版的南洋摩摩喳喳(往年都是在湄河晚餐後的甜品),
今天利用所有有機食材來取代進口罐頭、瓶裝材料或台灣沒有生產的紅毛丹、亜達子、波蘿蜜、....。
愛玉替代椰果與西谷米,優酪乳代替椰奶,少許黃檸檬薄片,擠幾滴綠檸檬汁,完全沒放冰、砂、寡、楓、棕櫚糖或蜂蜜,
唯一的自然甜度來自於有機葡萄,紅葡萄清香過甜,綠葡萄微微酸度,這樣的台版甜點,喜愛重口味的老饕不可能會愛上。
