When I look at an image, I like to go after areas that I think could be actually done.
Usually things like changing hairstyles, makeup, clothing, etc. Although the changes appear major, individually I think they were minor. Aside from some color changes to the image in general, I reshaped and changed the color of her eyebrows, eliminated the dark liner around her eyes, changed the hairstyle, toned done her blouse, raised the blouse line, and reapplied lipstick.
