The story:

Immediately after I finished going through
my very important"informed consent" counseling spiel
with a patient in the pre-op area
she handed me a little Disposi-Kodak camera and said
"Hey, doc....I wanna' picture of my parts".


I'm a full-service-gyno-doc.....so.....viola.....here you are.......

First shot: leiomyomatous uterus in-situ.
Second shot: Fibroid right hand, uterus left hand.

She's as happy as a proverbial clam to be sans-womb now.




02.05.06 An addendum to my comments..........
I happened to run into the former owner of these body-parts while shopping today.
She commented that she is disappointed that I've not places this photo on the board that I typically reserve for newborn baby photos that neo-mom's send me!
