Of course, Brian is correct. The pavilion ramp moved at least once, from outside by the oil wells to ‘inside’ up against the wall in the barbecue area – or was it the other way around? In any case, there’s a tree branch in the foreground of this shot, so no way it was the pavilion ramp. I was thinking this was a back yard somewhere in Mar Vista. Those back yard ramps got dismantled pretty quickly when they were discovered by invading skateboard hoards. It sure was. We all rode that rickety thing and had the splinters to prove it. this looks like when it was redone. It is so smooth.
