protruding in sky] was a landmark
for me when I was staying in Sendai ...551 (9).jpg
picture was taken from Ayoba-jo in the hills above Sendai.

You oversharpened this. Take a look at the tree edges: see the halo? If you have the original, reprocess. If this is all you have, try a gaussian blur layer.
