An impression of Christ's face taken during the passion
when Veronica wiped Christ's face as he was carrying the cross
up Golgotha before his crucifixion. I'm not sure if it's Veronica's
act of compassion that has gotten my attention this Easter, or if
it is the look on this icon of Christ, but the key is Compassion
